ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 19.03.2018 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the prosecution, the complaint has been enquired and during the enquiry, both parties have given their statements. In view of the statements given by both parties, the complaint has been closed. Further it is stated that a civil suit is also pending before the Civil Court.
3.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
