ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 147, 294(b), 406, 420, 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 1998 in Crime No.165 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The prosecution case is that at the instigation of the HDFC Bank, the petitioners went to the house of the de-facto complainant and threatened his wife with dire consequences for the delay in repayment of the vehicle loan which was availed from the HDFC Bank.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is working in the PALFIN Marketing Associates and the second petitioner is working in the said Company as an Office Assistant and they are no way connected with the HDFC Bank. It is further submitted that the co-accused were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7517 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with
certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
