PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents more particularly the 3rd and 4th respondents to discontinue the harassment as made on him and also not to harass further without following the due settled procedure forthwith.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
