ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate fairly informed to the Court that in this case it is not possible to file any online application. 2.Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent in person and submit an application for issuance of legal heirs certificate along with relevant documents. On receipt of such application, the respondent shall pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
