Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10642 of 2015: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to change the investigation agency from the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority in pertaining to the case in Crime No.161 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
