This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint enquiry was conducted and closed.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition closed.
