Hence case has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and investigation is under way. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hand of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 306,309 r/w.107 of IPC are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is at the nascent stage and the role of the petitioner is yet to be ascertained and as of now no case has been registered against the petitioners.
