ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 4 forbearing the 5th respondent to conduct individual Kumbaabisekam scheduled on 06.03.2026 in the petition mentioned temple.

3. The petitioner claims himself to be a Trustee of the subject temple and referred to a trust deed dated 07.08.2024. But the present petition is filed on individual capacity not as a trustee. The said fact is recorded. Now the claim of the petitioner is that temple Kumbabisekam was conducted as early as 1987. At that time, his name is shown as Paramparai trustee and poojathar along with one Appavu Bakthar. The petitioner further submitted that he has been discriminated and he has not been allowed to worship and pay temple Vari.
4. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the fourth respondent that during 1982 also the said Kumbabisekam festival conducted by the villagers and the public. Therefore the petitioner cannot claim any individual right.
5. The learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) further submitted that the petitioner is permitted to worship as well as to pay the temple 'Vari'. And 3/6
there is no objection from the villagers. Hence, the petitioner shall pay the same if he intends to pay the Vari. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to pay the temple 'Vari' and the villagers shall receive the same. The petitioner is also permitted to participate in the Kumbabisekam and also permitted to worship.
6. With this directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
