This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R., in Crime No.140 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Special Judge under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances and Essential Commodities Act, Madurai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2016 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subsequently, in the said case, judgment has been pronounced on 01.08.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
