ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no case or petition pending against the petitioner.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
