For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.3 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.3 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Based on the complaint given by one Vidya alleging dowry harassment against the petitioners herein a case has been registered in Crime No. 03 of 2020 for offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4334 of 2020 506(i) of I.P.C. Very serious allegations are made in the First Information Report. Whileso, apprehending arrest, the petitioners are now before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

3. The child born on 29.12.2019, died under suspicion circumstances on 19.01.2020. Since the averment made in the First Information Report indicates that thorough investigation is required by taking the petitioner into custody.

4. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
