This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records relating to the F.I.R in Cr.No.476 of 2013, dated 17.10.2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai Town Police Station, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District and quash the same as against the petitioners. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.317 of 2014 and subsequently, the said case has been ended in acquittal on 19.12.2016 under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
