2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
