This petition is for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 26.07.2017 lodged by the petitioner.

2.Today, the second respondent has filed a status report indicating that the allegations found in the complaint disclose an offence alleged to have been committed by the proposed accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within the jurisdiction of Aralvoimozhi Police Station and hence,

the petitioner was advised to present his complaint before the appropriate police station.

3.Having regard to the averments in the complaint that no offence is committed within the jurisdiction of the second respondent, this Court is not in a position to entertain this petition for issuing any direction to the second respondent. Hence, this petition is closed.
