O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.75 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.75 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni has been ended in acquittal on 04.03.2017 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
