ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier application moved by the petitioner is Crl.OP(MD) No.4708 of 2015 was considered in detail and dismissed on 25.03.2015 observing that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the other accused have already arrested and released on bail, except the petitioner.

This Court having found that the petitioner is having specific overt act was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. I do not find change of circumstances, to consider this again. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
