For Respondent : Mr.T.SENTHILKUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under Sections 5(n), 5(m), 5(1), 6, 9(n), 10 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 506(i) IPC, in Crime No. 16 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The first petitioner is the grandfather of the victim girl and the petitioners 2 to 4 are sons of the first petitioner. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant, who is aged about 16 years and also caused criminal intimidation to her. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners 1 and 2/A1 and A2 have been arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed insofar as the petitioners 1 and 2 are concerned.

5. With regard to the other petitioners, there is no change in circumstances in the case, after the dismissal of the earlier petitions. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to other petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
