This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to consider the warrant petition for the Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner in C.C.No.307/2015 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Non Bail Warrant has already been recalled. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
