to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders granting NOC qua the petitioner's patta lands in Old T.S.No.1486, New T.S.No.53, 57, 58, 59, 61 and 64, Block - 19, Ward - N, Tiruchirappalli, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024, in the light of the survey report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A1/016/2023 dated 18.06.2024 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking expeditious conclusion of the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024 and in the light of the survey report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A1/016/2023 dated 18.06.2024. 2.I have heard Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent.

3.Learned Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would invite my attention to the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(MD)[PD]No. 594 of 2021 dated 09.01.2025, where this Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal to conclude the proceedings in W.O.P.No. 63 of 2020, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and would therefore, contend that the petitioner's representation can be taken up for consideration only after disposal of W.O.P.No.63 of 2020, before the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal. 4.Considering the pendency of the proceedings before the Wakf Tribunal and its impact on the representation of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to take up the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024 and conclude the enquiry immediately upon W.O.P.No.

63 of 2020 being disposed of by the Wakf Tribunal. The Wakf Tribunal shall pass final orders on the petitioner's representation after hearing the objections of the interested parties within a period of four [4] weeks. There shall be no order as to costs. 05.03.
