O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation of Crime No.139 of 2016 and file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirucirappalli, within a stipulated time that this Court deem fit.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.139 of 2016, he wants action to be taken on his complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

5.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2016 and to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
