This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 06 of 2025 dated 04.01.2025 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent 2.According to the petitioner, she is the defacto complainant in this case. Based on her complaint, the present FIR has been registered in Crime No.06 of 2025, for the offences under Section 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) and 49 of BNS. The respondent police has omitted the main accused from this case. Hence this case.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/5

respondent police would submit that since the matter is under investigation, if the petitioner wants to produce any documents in respect of this case, she may produce it and the same will be considered. He would further submit that the investigation is conducted without any bias and in a fair manner.

4.Heard both sides and perused the records .

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that if the petitioner wants to give any particulars in respect of this case, she can always approach the investigation officer and produce the relevant documents. As of now, there is no material to transfer the investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
