Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to "Certificate of Registration of Marriage" registered at Serial No.72 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the first respondent to delete, cancel or remove the same from the records of the first respondent office.
