ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 12.02.2015 based on the affidavit of the petitioners, in which they have agreed to pay the balance amount to the tune of Rs.5,75,000/- within a period of four weeks. The time expired on 11.03.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is suffering from heart ailment and hence, he could not fulfil his obligation and the second petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that this is a case of job bracketing and both the accused received money from the defacto complainant assuring employment.

4. Considering the above facts, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners on 12.02.2015 is cancelled and according, this petition is dismissed.
