Pleased to call for the records relating to the judgment dated 24.02.2021 made in S.C.No.68 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, and set aside the same as illegal and allow the above appeal.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHARAVANAN.A.MU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.152 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and hence prays to relax the condition.
3. The learned government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the condition, even for a single day.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.152 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021 is not complied with. Therefore, there is no merits in the petition.
