ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st respondent to execute the Non Bailabel warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, against A1, A4, A5 dated 19.10.2022 in C.C No. 709/2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 would submit that the warrant has been issued againt the Accused Nos.1,4 and 5 and the Police Officials are taking necessary steps to secure the accused persons and within a month, they will execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused Nos.1,4 and 5.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from 2022 and th accused nos.1, 4 and 5 wantonly not appeared before the Court and they did not return the jewels and house hold articles of the petitioner. 2/4

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant pending against 2 to 4 respondents immediately and produce them before the trial Court within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial Court shall dispose the case within five months from the date of appearance of the accused persons.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
