Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.526 of 2024 vide order dated 11.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to illness, the petitioner could not arrange the sureties. Hence, he seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 11.01.2024, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
