3.The petitioner appeared in person would submit that already a civil dispute is pending in O.S.No.127 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Sivagangai, when such being the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are often calling the petitioner in the name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the presence of the petitioner is no more required as the Civil Court has already taken cognizance of the matter. 5.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
