When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the standing order of the 2nd respondent Mill. However, he would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the mill itself has been closed in the year 2018 itself.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
