ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 instruct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate actions against Madhavan, Rajesh, Raja, Stalin and Ragapriya for their illegal activities, by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.02.2022

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 11.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 4797 of 2022 parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
