2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been detained under Act-14 of 1982 and Habeas Corpus Petition is also pending before this Court.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
