Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and furnish the sureties in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1090 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20414 of 2023 dated 02.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the order copy was made ready on 07.02.2024, the petitioner failed to surrender before the trial Court. Hence, he seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 02.02.2024, is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
