This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli to complete the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.5936 of 2021 in D.V.Appeal No. /2021, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.5936 of 2021 in D.V.Appeal No. /2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
