Respondents/Respondents/petitioners Prayer in Crl MP(MD)2421 of 2020:- This criminal Miscellaneous petition filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to extend the interim order to comply with the order dated 07.02.2020, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9837 of 2019 in CRL.R.C.(MD) SR.No.32877 of 2019 passed by this Court, till the disposal of the main revision petition.

Prayer in Crl MP(MD)9837 of 2019:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act,praying this court to condone the delay of 473 days caused to file the instant revision petition against the impugned order passed in MC.No.64 of 2017 dated 07.04.2018 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 7/2/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Mohamed Rajapdheen, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.L.Prabhu, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.2421 of 2020 This petition has been filed to grant an extension of time to execute the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9837 of 2019 in Crl.R.C (MD)SRNo.32877 of 2019 dated 07.02.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.L.Prabhu, appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
