: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint on the basis of the complaint dated 18.09.2017 of the petitioner's sister husband and seize the petitioner's vehicle namely INNOVA-25G car made by Toyota Kirloskar Motor Ltd., bearing registration No.TN-64-L-4869 which is under the custody of the third respondent and hand over the same to the petitioner.

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 18.09.2017 lodged by the petitioner as against the third respondent. 2.It is stated that the complaint is regarding financial transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. It is stated that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is settled in the sense that the third respondent who is the financier and who has given vehicle loan to the petitioner, has rescheduled payment. It appears that the vehicle which is the subject matter of hire purchase agreement was seized by the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent. It is only in this connection, a complaint was lodged. It is stated further that the amount that was due from the petitioner to the third respondent has been partly collected and the amount payable in installment is regularised so as to return the vehicle back to the petitioner. Since the dispute is temporarily resolved, the learned counsel for the petitioner has no grievance and there is no necessity for registering the complaint as against the third respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
