ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the second and third respondents from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that there is civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and the second and third respondents are interfering with the same and thereby, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would contend that the fourth respondent gave complaint before the third respondent and based on the complaint, the police enquired the mater and they have not interfered with the civil dispute. However, the representation given by the fourth respondent was sent for getting legal opinion and the same is pending. 2/4

4.Recording the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.07.2023 NCC :
