This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case on the basis of Petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2017, a case has already been registered in Crime No.250 of 2017, for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. on the file of the respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
