When the Criminal Original Petition was listed on 11.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for orders. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed by the second respondent advising the parties to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature. 2.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
