ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent Corporation and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the impleaded respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent seeking permission to conduct exhibition from 14.04.2023 to 29.05.2023 in the premises of the third respondent School.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the communication dated 28.12.2022 issued by the third respondent intimating that the Management has decided to cancel the 2/4

petition mentioned exhibition. Therefore, no direction can be issued to the first respondent at the instance of the petitioner herein. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs to the School. If the School had taken certain amount from the petitioner and had subsequently unilaterally cancelled the order, the School Management should refund the amount without delay to the petitioner. With these observations, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
