: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide compassionate ground appointment to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.06.2019.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide compassionate ground appointment to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.06.2019.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's husband died on 23.06.2016, while he was in service as Assistant. The petitioner is having one minor daughter and now, the petitioner is facing financial crisis to survive the family expenses. Therefore, the petitioner gave a representation on 07.06.2019 to the respondents to provide an appointment to her under compassionate ground.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit, if the petitioner makes the application in a proper format and the same will be considered by the second respondent.
4. It is made clear that an opportunity shall be granted to the petitioner to submit her representation through a proper format. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the petitioner to submit the application to the second respondent in a proper format, within a period of Two (2) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. On receipt of such application, the second respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of Twelve
(12) weeks, thereafter.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
