This Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents on 10.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

No.4627 of 2022 3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
