Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file petition to implead in W.P.(MD) No.15888 of 2018, filed by the 5th respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. This Court also heard the submissions of Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. In the light of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
