To call for the records in the Judgment of the Sessions Court, Tiruchirapalli Division,in Crl.A.No.37 of 2006 dated 2.6.2017 which was confirmed CC.No.146 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai dated 13.6.2016 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10325 of 2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6798 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.752 of 2021 dated 01.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a month and the petitioner has complied with the said condition for six months.
