ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(b) imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1593 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025.

2. Heard. Mr. S. Anantha Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Petition.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1529 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and sign before the Inspector of Police, Karuppayurani Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

5. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
