ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A.4 in Crime No.94 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 399 I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have attempted to commit robbery and they were having nylon ropes.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a polytechnic student and he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case in Cr.No.9 of 2015 for offence under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 352, 506(ii) I.P.C.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
