O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.504/2017 dated 23.12.2017 and file a final report within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.504 of 2017, he wants action to be taken on his complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.504 of 2017 and to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
