Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e, cross message in the name and style of "Lovely Ayurvedic Spa" at No.19, Sathiyam Street, Hotel Mangai Towers, Dindigul, Dindigul District by passing orders on her representation dated 06.02.2021.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" in the name and style of "Lovely Ayurvedic Spa" at No.19, Sathiyam Street, Hotel Mangai Towers, Dindigul, Dindigul District, based on her representation, dated 06.02.2021.

2.The petitioner submitted an application to the second respondent for issuance of no objection certificate to run a spa in the name and style of "Lovely Ayurvedic Spa" at No.19, Sathiyam Street, Hotel Mangai Towers, Dindigul, Dindigul District, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.5923 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner submitted only an application without required documents. The petitioner ought to apply for no objection certificate along with educational qualification certificates, CCTV installation and other documents. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application along with all required documents before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose of it on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
