The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the police wanted the petitioner to come to the police station to hold an enquiry on his complaint against the third respondent. The petitioner appears to have misconstrued the invitation given by the second respondent. It is made clear that the petitioner is not an accused and that, he is being summoned only in his capacity as a complainant. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
