ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.202/3 Panchampatti Village, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the writ petition was entertained on 17.03.2021, a direction was issued to the eighth respondent that the construction should not be proceeded.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that thereafter, the construction has been stopped. Apart from that the claim for grant of Patta in favour of the eigth respondent has been rejected.

4. In the light of the same, the eighth respondent has no right to put up any construction in the property in question. The respondent Nos-4, 6 and 7 shall ensure that the eight respondent shall not make any construction in future.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
