ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused was arrested on 07.04.2015, in pursuant to the non-bailable warrant issued in S.T.C.No.3438 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is a coolie and for his livelihood, he had gone to other stations and he is not aware of the non-bailable warrant issued against him on 09.10.2013. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed this application stating that non-bailable warrant was issued on 09.10.2013. But, he was secured only after 1 and 1⁄2 years i.e on 07.04.2015. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed for disposal of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.

However, considering the fact, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil is directed to dispose of S.T.C.No.3438 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.05.2015. sd/- 27/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
