5.Jasmine Mary 6.Arul Raj : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order made in File No.Na.Ka.A3/1161/2020/KKovil/08 dated 20.01.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and to appoint a committee to investigate the dealings of the respondents 5 & 6 and to monitor the work done by the fourth respondent during her tenure to assess the quality of work done.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has challenged the impugned proceedings, by which Administrative Sanction was given to carry out the work. The grievance of the petitioner is that the work is being allotted to only one person, by name, Kulanthaisamy.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that 75% of the work has already been completed.

3. We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition on two grounds, namely, the tender process has not been put into challenge and the work is nearing completion. However, taking into consideration of the representation dated 26.02.2021 made by the petitioner towards the first respondent / Inspector of Panchayats, the said respondent is directed to look into the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
